Following God's Direction

I have been asked by a few people recently why are you moving Valeo Health and Wellness Center and are you OK with the move.

When we opened the office back in July of 2004, I felt (and still feel) that God called us to Chanhassen. When our lease came due this past June, we brought it before God again to tell us what we should do. There were a few options but we wanted to make sure we were following God's direction not our own. It seemed that God was leading us to stay in Chanhassen. Unfortunately it wasn't until towards the middle of June that God directed us.

So thinking that God was leading us to stay in Chanhassen we came to the owners of our building with the terms that we felt God led us with. They were very soft terms in that we were needing more space and wanted the owners to change the lease amount to an amount closer to market rates (we actually only asked for $1 less/ square foot which is still higher then market rates). We thought this was a no brainer and they would agree because God was leading us to stay. They did not agree so we decided to see what was out there. We found a space in Eden Prairie that was just what we were looking for. It was pretty much move in ready (except for a facelift) and the cost was $5.50 less a square foot. God had answered our prayers just not how we thought.

I know that for some of you this location is farther away, myself included. My 3 minute commute is now 10 minutes. I know that for some of you the location is closer. Either way we hope that you will see the value in our services enough to want to make the move with us. We are following God's direction here. We know that you need to as well. If God leads you to not follow us, we completely understand but if he does lead you to follow, we are excited to continue to deliver great care! Valeo Health and Wellness Center has gone through a lot of changes over the past 6 years and it will probably continue to do so as we continue to follow God. We feel that the changes we have made have allowed us to deliver superior care, care with God at the center, and look forward to delivering the same great care in Eden Prairie. As far as am I OK with the move. I am thrilled about the move for the sole reason that God has led us.

Sincerely,

Dr. Aaron Morland
